Human Resources Manager

Summary

The job is for a Human Resources Generalist at Finexio, a fast-growing B2B Payments and Fintech company. The role involves building out the HR function, recruiting, managing the full recruitment cycle, employee support, performance management, training, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining policies, benefits administration, and documenting process flows.

Requirements

• 5 years' Human Resources experience in Finance and/or SaaS environment (payments a plus)
• Microsoft Office knowledge intermediate to expert required, power user a plus- MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and procedures as well as employee relations procedures and applicable law

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR or SHRM-CP certifications preferred
• Startup experience highly preferred
