Summary

Join C.A. Fortune as a Retail Media Manager and help leading consumer brands in the better-for-you CPG world drive engagement and sales. This fully remote or hybrid role (2-3 days in office if local to Chicago) involves planning and executing digital marketing efforts, providing performance insights, creating retailer media strategies, and managing budgets. You will partner with internal teams and clients to achieve sales targets and refine retail plans. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of the consumer products industry, excellent communication skills, and experience in marketing communications. C.A. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)
  • 4-year bachelorโ€™s degree, and/or similar industry experience
  • Strong business acumen and critical/strategic thinking ability and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to execute programs and drive measurable results
  • Experience in marketing communications or other creative experience with a focus on translating market knowledge/strategy into compelling stories and tools for digital sales channels
  • General awareness and understanding of retailer media
  • Flexibility to respond to changing direction
  • Experience in Agency management
  • Knowledge of standard data benchmarks on dotcom
  • Ability to draw conclusions and insights from data

Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of digital marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts
  • Providing insight into key metrics for performance on retailer media platforms
  • Creating operating standards and strategies for retailer media networks
  • Provide reporting and guidance for digital marketing campaigns
  • Drive sales performance targets through effective retail plans and strategic resource allocation
  • Achieve clientโ€™s sales targets/return KPI related to the retail media marketing investment KPIs (channel growth, sales, marketing $ ROAS) through effective retail marketing plans
  • Continuous refinement of retail plans during activation to ensure we hit forecast/ROAS as described within the annual performance goals with clients
  • Support internal account teams in customer interactions (account managers and customers) with relevant digital shopper insights
  • Manage retail media marketing budgeting processes and strategy for our key brands and accounts
  • Lead reviews for platform results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with grocery sales
  • Intermittent Excel skills
