Summary

The job is for a Delivery Data Analyst within Trendyol's Operations Team. The role involves analyzing delivery data to improve local and international processes, monitoring fulfillment center performance, exploring KPI improvement areas, and more. A bachelor's degree from engineering departments of reputable universities (preferably industrial engineering) is required, with advanced knowledge of Excel/GSheets, BigQuery, SQL, and Excel VBA being a plus.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from engineering departments of reputable universities (preferably industrial engineering)

Responsibilities

• Analyzing delivery data to improve local & international delivery processes
• Monitoring & comparing the performance of fulfillment centers
• Exploring KPI improvement areas with granular analysis
• Contributing & addressing development areas of fulfillment centers executing bu, operation type, category based analysis
• According to the sales forecast, making the comparison of the delivery capacity and shipping plan regularly on a monthly basis to ensure that action is taken for the need for shipping capacity and customer satisfaction in the long term
• Owning the metrics preparation and presentation for warehouse capacity planning, logistics network performance, forecast accuracy and inventory health
• Implementing and ramping-up new solutions in collaboration with tech teams and data source providers and contribute to our roadmap
• Preparation of the operational daily shipping plan in line with the targets during the campaign periods
• Monitoring operational costs, simulating long & short term costs according to targets
• Design methods to manage and improve delivery data

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Excel / GSheets, knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, Excel VBA is a plus
