Join Trax Retail as a Retail Operations Assistant, a fully remote position based in Central America or Mexico. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, tech support, visual screening, sourcing
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written English proficiency, with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, detail oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Critical thinking and problem solving are a must

- Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and projects, even under tight deadlines
- Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with representatives and team members
- Work closely with the different departments to ensure projects and client requests are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for representatives throughout the project assignment and execution
- Interview and screen potential representatives/merchandisers for stores retailers' visits
- Explain work opportunities and answer representatives/merchandisers' questions
- Ensure a positive representative experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with your Team Lead and other team members to meet staffing needs
- Maximize earned revenue against project contracts
- Gather client feedback to improve our services and work cross-functionally to prioritize improvements
- Set appointments for prospective representatives in specific stores to complete projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail projects is a plus
