Retail Operations Representative

Summary

Join Trax Retail as a Retail Operations Assistant, a fully remote position based in Central America or Mexico. You will coordinate field staffing projects, communicating with candidates, supporting assignments, and ensuring smooth project execution. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, tech support, visual screening, sourcing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written English proficiency, with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, detail oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Critical thinking and problem solving are a must

• Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills and Microsoft Office knowledge

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and projects, even under tight deadlines
• Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with representatives and team members
• Work closely with the different departments to ensure projects and client requests are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for representatives throughout the project assignment and execution
• Interview and screen potential representatives/merchandisers for stores retailers' visits
• Explain work opportunities and answer representatives/merchandisers' questions
• Ensure a positive representative experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with your Team Lead and other team members to meet staffing needs
• Maximize earned revenue against project contracts
• Gather client feedback to improve our services and work cross-functionally to prioritize improvements
• Set appointments for prospective representatives in specific stores to complete projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail projects is a plus
