The ideal candidate possesses a strong track record in lifecycle marketing strategy, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Martech landscape.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Marketing or a similar strategic go-to-market role
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data and research to inform marketing strategies
  • Strong executive presence, GSD muscle, comfort with ambiguity & a solution orientation mindset
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
  • Proven experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Ability to facilitate executive-level discussions and presentations
  • Ability to explain strategy and concepts to various audiences, including executives, practitioners, and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and content strategy/development skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine a data-driven approach to understanding customer needs, industry trends, and competitive differentiation for Iterable Solutions
  • Lead development of Iterable Insights Program, prioritizing roadmap for content development and organizational enablement based on value-led narratives
  • Scale industry expertise, developing differentiated solutions & strategies to tailor Iterable use cases and applications across verticals (ex. Retail, Consumer App, etc)
  • Develop C-Level presentations and narratives to provide strategic guidance and establish realistic use cases and applications rooted in business value
  • Conduct research and synthesize findings into clear insights that drive strategic positioning and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify recurring pain points and opportunities that inform messaging and market strategy
  • Develop high-impact content strategy, including whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and sales collateral to communicate Iterable’s differentiated value
  • Lead the development of solution narratives that align with customer pain points and demonstrate ROI-driven benefits
  • Conduct industry-targeted research to inform and influence why customers must continue strengthening their partnership and investment in Iterable
  • Enable the Sales team with storytelling frameworks, use cases, and competitive insights that help drive deal velocity
  • Collaborate with Product, Rev Ops, and Customer teams to translate customer feedback and win/loss analyses into actionable insights for roadmap prioritization
  • Develop data-driven recommendations that inform strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and internal teams by providing expert insights on industry trends, business challenges, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, martech, or customer engagement platforms preferred
  • Experience with Challenger Sales Methodology preferred
