Summary
Join Quantum Metric as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and own the go-to-market strategy for key product areas. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive adoption and growth. Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, value propositions, and personas for key segments. Create impactful enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success. Partner with Growth Marketing and Experiential Marketing to develop content and campaigns. Drive internal alignment around launches and strategic initiatives. Support competitive intelligence efforts and track performance of key launches and campaigns. This is a hands-on, strategic individual contributor role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves solving customer problems.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven success developing go-to-market strategies and messaging frameworks
- Strong collaboration skills—you work well across Product, Sales, and Marketing functions
- Excellent storyteller who can simplify the complex and speak to business and technical audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Self-starter who takes ownership and executes with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market strategy for key product areas, including messaging, competitive positioning, and launch planning
- Collaborate with Product and Design to influence roadmap based on customer feedback and market trends
- Develop and maintain differentiated messaging frameworks, value propositions, and personas for key segments
- Create impactful enablement materials to support Sales and Customer Success—pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, and more
- Partner with Growth Marketing and Experiential Marketing to develop content and campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and adoption
- Drive internal alignment around launches and strategic initiatives through clear planning and communication
- Support competitive intelligence efforts and equip teams with tools to win
- Track performance of key launches and campaigns to refine messaging and inform future work
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital experience analytics, contact center solutions, or customer insights is a plus
