Revenue Accounting Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a Revenue Accounting Specialist and help shape our company's success. As part of the Process Excellence Team, you will act as an internal expert on revenue recognition, support month-end close activities, perform revenue analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will maintain and develop revenue accounting systems, support accounting projects, manage internal controls documentation, and support audits. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics (ideally with a focus on information systems), 1-3 years of accounting experience, and strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards. Requirements

• Bachelor/ Master in Economics ideally with focus on information systems
• 1-3 years of accounting experience and strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards
• Fluent in English
• Team player with good communication and customer support skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability to learn new tasks quickly
• Works well under pressure and managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Organized and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Act as internal expert and contact with respect to revenue recognition
• Support Accounting Teams in month-end close activities and account reconciliations related to revenue
• Perform revenue and deferred revenue analysis
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue accounting processes with regards of existing and new products or business expansion initiatives
• Maintenance and further development of existing revenue accounting systems
• Supporting accounting projects regarding revenue recognition and cash to revenue reconciliation
• Manage internal controls documentation related to revenue recognition
• Support audit regarding revenue process and revenue numbers

Preferred Qualifications

• Any other foreign language is a plus
• Experience with ORACLE Fusion Cloud is a plus
• SQL know how as a plus
