Requirements

  • Hands on admin experience with Hubspot (Sales Hub)
  • Experience in a similar position at a software consulting/SaaS services company, working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Strong numeric abilities and a passion for automatizations
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes (Account Base Marketing)
  • Impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong ownership, customer service mindset and drive for constant improvement
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+)

Responsibilities

  • Providing consulting, admin and data management for Hubspot, Salesforce and other tools for business process automation across various departments (Business Development, Growth, Delivery, Finance, Talent Acquisition, People)
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders - needs gathering and requirements, solution creation, implementation and change management
  • Managing sales enablement using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Clay
  • Driving the adoption and optimization of new tools and technologies to automate crucial sales and operational functions, ensuring efficiency and high quality
  • Developing and maintaining user-friendly automations and workflows
  • Preparing reports and dashboards which provide valuable insights
  • Providing ad-hock support for the sales process (contracts preparation) and internal tools
  • Leading initiatives and internal analytics to improve sales and various operational processes
