Summary
Join Netguru's Revenue Operations (RevOps) team as a Senior RevOps Specialist! Requirements
- Hands on admin experience with Hubspot (Sales Hub)
- Experience in a similar position at a software consulting/SaaS services company, working closely with internal stakeholders
- Strong numeric abilities and a passion for automatizations
- Understanding of sales and marketing processes (Account Base Marketing)
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Strong ownership, customer service mindset and drive for constant improvement
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+)
Responsibilities
- Providing consulting, admin and data management for Hubspot, Salesforce and other tools for business process automation across various departments (Business Development, Growth, Delivery, Finance, Talent Acquisition, People)
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders - needs gathering and requirements, solution creation, implementation and change management
- Managing sales enablement using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Clay
- Driving the adoption and optimization of new tools and technologies to automate crucial sales and operational functions, ensuring efficiency and high quality
- Developing and maintaining user-friendly automations and workflows
- Preparing reports and dashboards which provide valuable insights
- Providing ad-hock support for the sales process (contracts preparation) and internal tools
- Leading initiatives and internal analytics to improve sales and various operational processes
