Summary

Join Experian Health as a Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of U.S. healthcare. Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Solutions Manager, you will manage client implementations of Experian products, ensuring quality and customer experience standards are met. This role requires collaboration, collecting revenue metrics, and leveraging existing workflows to integrate Experian products into client settings. You will need extensive healthcare revenue cycle and project management experience, along with knowledge of Experian Health products and relevant legislation. Requirements

• 3+ years of front-end healthcare revenue cycle experience
• 2+ years' project management experience. Knowledge of project management processes and documentation
• Knowledge of Experian Health products and operations
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industry
• Travel 25% - 50%
• HFMA Certification

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and ensure standards for quality and customer experience are met across the board
• Collect revenue metrics and product measurements for the assigned implementation portfolio
• Understand Experian Health's suite of products and how best to use them within several types of client settings
• Leverage existing workflow strategies that embed and enhance our products within a client's workflow
