Revenue Enablement Specialist

Summary

The Revenue Enablement Specialist at Center will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing training needs, collaborating with various teams to develop content, and managing the LMS solution. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 1 year of experience in a BDR/SDR role or enablement role, and 1 year of experience in developing and implementing training programs using an LMS tool.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR/SDR role or enablement role required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in developing and implementing training programs using an LMS tool is required. Experience with Mindtickle is preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize training needs
• Collaborate with Revenue Leaders, Marketing, and RevOps to develop content, process, and practices that drive results
• Create and/or project manage content, tutorials, instruction, and learning resources for in person training as well as training through our LMS (Learning Management Software)
