Revenue Enablement Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• Experience in a high-performance sales organization in B2B sales, enablement, or learning and development
• Experience in curriculum development, training, and delivery
• Advanced/Fluent English
• Dynamic, engaging, and agile presenter with the power to command a room, lead colleagues to moments of self discovery
• Well versed in debating recommendations with stakeholders of various profiles
• An individual who can be self-guided and effective in identifying potential risks and problems before they arise, breaking them down into manageable parts and considering alternative courses of action for different scenarios
• Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and project management skills
• A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles

Responsibilities

• Guidance, Organize, create, and deliver trainings
• Create, organize, and make easily accessible a library that contains the information a rep needs to accomplish their job
• Play a key role in the the creation of a holistic enablement and development program, identifying/understanding priorities, developing a plan and executing from start to finish while bringing the leader onboard whenever necessary
• Communicate regularly with reps helping them to navigate all the content going their way
• Interact, collaborate, gather inputs from senior stakeholders to incorporate into your daily activities
