Summary

Join Ontic as a Revenue Marketing Specialist and play a critical role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the Senior Revenue Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are effectively implemented, monitored, and refined to drive engagement and revenue growth. Responsibilities include building and deploying email campaigns using Marketo, strategizing and executing targeted campaigns through digital advertising and content syndication, managing Ontic webinars, and developing program launch kits. You will also monitor campaign performance, write copy and design briefs for paid advertising, and align with the team on strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in executing marketing campaigns, strong copywriting skills, and exceptional organizational abilities. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member

Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using Marketo, including copywriting, formatting, designing layouts, managing lists, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Strategize and execute targeted campaigns through digital advertising, email, and content syndication to attract and engage prospects and clients
  • Manage Ontic webinars, including content creation, preparation, and execution
  • Develop program launch kits for sales education and adoption
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics across programs and channels, providing insights for optimization
  • Write copy and develop design briefs for paid advertising channels to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Align with the Revenue Marketing team on strategic objectives, prioritize initiatives, and enhance campaign execution
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to marketing best practices and brand guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience with sales outreach platforms (like Outreach or Salesloft) and sales enablement platforms (Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, etc)
