You will collaborate with product, revenue, and marketing teams, mapping out customer journeys to optimize user engagement and retention. The position requires 2+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, proficiency in CRM and automation platforms, and strong copywriting skills. Requirements
- 2+ years in lifecycle or email marketing - particularly with email, SMS, and bonus points for WhatsApp, content cards
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and making swift, data-backed decisions
- Experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot and similar
- High sense of ownership and accountability, capable of driving projects from concept to completion
- Strong English copywriting skills, experience with sakes copywriting
- Data guides your strategies but you always keep the customer experience front and center in your mind
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize messaging across SMS, WhatsApp, email and in-product notifications to ensure each channel feels personal
- Set up and manage lifecycle campaigns, including the copy, visuals, localization and target audiences
- Analyze existing communications, conduct A/B tests, spot bugs, and continuously improve active campaigns to ensure their best performance
- Partner with product, revenue, and marketing teams to align lifecycle communications with business goals
- Map out journeys that make sense - move customers naturally from their first purchase to renewal with well-timed nudges and relevant messaging
