You will focus on designing and refining sales processes, building dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, overseeing the Salesforce CRM, and implementing strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates. Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM, prospecting tools, automation platforms, and other SaaS sales technologies
- Experience navigating the complexities of B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments, with a focus on both Direct Sales and Partnerships
- Ability to see opportunities where others see obstacles and always be ready to rewrite the playbook
- Agility, adaptability, and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Ability to focus on what really matters and make decisions that drive real impact
- Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence, whether presenting to stakeholders or crafting an email
Responsibilities
- Design and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability of our global sales teams
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss rates, sales cycle length
- Oversee the Salesforce CRM and ensure itโs optimized for the sales teamโs needs
- Implement strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates
- Optimize Sales Processes: Design and refine global sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Data-Driven Insights: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales cycle length
- CRM Mastery: Oversee and optimize Salesforce CRM to ensure it meets the needs of our sales team
- Boost Pipeline Performance: Implement strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates
- Tech Stack Innovation: Help design, implement, and optimize our sales tools and processes to keep our tech stack cutting-edge
