Revenue Operations Analyst

Summary

Join TRM Labs, a blockchain intelligence company, as a Revenue Operations Analyst. You will support process automation, GTM tool optimization, and reporting for the revenue organization. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM and other GTM tools (Apollo, Gong, Looker, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data
• Understanding of process automation tools and workflows in a SaaS or sales-driven environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in revenue workflows and implement automation to streamline operations
• Support the management and improvement of GTM tools, including Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, and other sales enablement platforms
• Assist in building reports and dashboards to support sales performance tracking and operational analytics
• Ensure accurate and reliable data across CRM and revenue systems, maintaining high-quality reporting
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, and CS Ops teams to optimize processes and align reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Excel, or BI tools for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with customer success and sales enablement processes
• Understanding of revenue forecasting models and sales performance metrics
