Requirements

• A solid understanding of sales processes and operations within a SaaS environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel/Sheets, and other revenue-related tools (experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is a plus, but not required)
• Comfortable working with data analytics, from interpreting reports to developing actionable insights
• Enthusiasm for improving revenue operations in a rapidly growing company
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Capable of thinking strategically while managing multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a knack for organization, both in technical and non-technical areas

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to optimize sales processes by identifying and removing bottlenecks
• Keep Revenue Operations policies, procedures, and project updates well-documented, ensuring all team members have access to the most current information
• Provide support for cross-functional projects by managing project documentation, tracking tasks, and coordinating meetings
• Maintain the accuracy and consistency of internal customer-facing data through regular data cleansing, segmentation, and alignment, while driving improvements in processes and workflows
• Create and oversee key reports, respond to ad hoc Salesforce list requests, and assist analysts with reporting needs
• Contribute to the administration of Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools, and help prioritize related projects
