Responsibilities

• Maintain the health and accuracy of data systems
• Accurately enter & update data into various systems
• Regularly review and clean data to remove duplicates, correct errors, and ensure consistency across platforms
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Assist in the preparation of regular reports and dashboards, providing key insights to the Sales and Customer Success teams
• Utilize Excel skills to manage and manipulate large datasets effectively
• Work closely with team members to understand data needs and provide the necessary support for various projects and initiatives
