Requirements

  • Senior Manager: 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar role within AdTech
  • Director: 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar role within AdTech along with ability to manage content calendar for team
  • Proven experience with Salesforce and Marketo administration and integration
  • Deep understanding of account-based marketing strategies and best practices
  • Extensive experience with LinkedIn advertising and social selling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
  • Experience in building and optimizing sales and marketing processes
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments; excels in startup and international team settings

Responsibilities

  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value brands and agencies within the AdTech ecosystem
  • Manage and optimize the integration between Salesforce and Marketo to ensure seamless lead management and accurate reporting
  • Design and implement lead scoring models, nurture programs, and attribution tracking across marketing and sales platforms
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define and optimize sales stages, processes, and handoff points for both advertiser and publisher focused initiatives
  • Create and manage targeted LinkedIn advertising campaigns to reach potential clients and decision-makers in the verification space
  • Utilize Seller Crowd and other prospecting tools to identify and engage key accounts
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing analytics dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI
  • Define and document clear process workflows between marketing and sales teams
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all channels, with a focus on LinkedIn advertising

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketo Certified Expert certification
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience with Seller Crowd or similar prospecting tools
  • Deep experience with LinkedIn
  • Background in AdTech or digital advertising
  • Experience working with multiple sales teams or complex sales organizations
