Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and managing high-performing teams
  • Expertise in HubSpot is highly desired, with hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM integration, and reporting
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting, including advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Exceptional project management abilities. Proven track record of defining and delivering complex work, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, delivering on-time and within budget in a fast-paced environment
  • A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the marketing funnel, lead lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical challenges into business solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead our marketing operations efforts to ensure seamless development of our tech stack including our new CRM, Hubspot
  • Attract and develop RevOps talent including campaign operations, lead management, marketing automation, and seller workflows
  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, data integrations, and reporting structures that align with business objectives
  • Oversee the use and management of marketing technology tools, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot, ensuring efficient utilization and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to align processes and systems for lead management, scoring, and nurturing
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build and refine the prospect and customer funnel, enhancing customer experience and conversion rates
  • Monitor and enforce data quality standards, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing technology trends and identify tools or processes that can enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in scaling marketing operations in SMB-focused organizations is a plus
