Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with a focus on SDR or inside sales teams
- Deep experience with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and SDR tooling
- Data-driven with a strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable partnering with sales, marketing, and leadership
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Excited about helping build a best in class scalable outbound engine for our SDR team
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SDR operations: territory design, pipeline management, playbook design, and process design
- Develop and maintain scalable processes and playbooks for the SDR team
- Manage CRM and sales engagement took/processes to maximize adoption and data integrity
- Analyze SDR performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Systems to align lead routing, qualification criteria, and handoff processes
- Partner with SDR Leadership to forecast pipeline and revenue impact from SDR activities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance SDR productivity and overall revenue growth
