Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and execute assigned duties to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Collect, format, analyze, reconcile and implement new partner pricing updates
• Research, match, and maintain Partner Deal Registration metrics
• Track and report on metrics in relation to our Regional Partner Managers
• Work with partners to assist with daily needs and special projects
• Assist in the sandbox provisioning process for our partner’s needs
• Collaborate with team members and external parties to gather and analyze operational performance metrics
• Proactively seek to identify opportunities to create efficiencies and reduce COGS spend, including ownership of projects to develop and improve processes, improving cost traceability across our systems, providing data relevant to contract negotiations and supporting a variety of other efforts meant to drive improved margins

Preferred Qualifications

• Three (3) plus years working in Business systems management, Sales operations or Marketing operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience working enterprise BI/reporting software such as Domo is a plus
