Responsibilities

• Implement process improvements and automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
• Monitor and analyze the impact of process changes, ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and decision-making across the organization
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align processes and performance metrics with broader business goals
• Prepare and present detailed reports on performance metrics, process improvements, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately measure and drive sales effectiveness
