Requirements
- 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement roles
- Experience working with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and sales automation tools
- Strong reporting and analytics skills—able to turn data into actionable insights
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to chase down updates without being reminded
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership
- Not afraid to push for accountability when it comes to CRM hygiene and process adherence
- A problem solver who enjoys optimizing workflows and making sales processes more efficient
- English language proficiency C1/C2 required
Responsibilities
- Run and facilitate sales meetings, ensuring follow-ups are clear and actionable
- Chase down sales team members to update HubSpot and maintain CRM hygiene
- Own and improve pipeline reporting, deal tracking, and work in tandem with the finance team to improve forecast accuracy
- Monitor and enhance sales workflows, ensuring smooth handoffs between teams
- Manage and optimize HubSpot to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency
- Work with sales and marketing team members to align lead tracking, attribution, and campaign effectiveness
- Work closely with marketing to ensure lead follow-up is happening
- Partner with leadership to track progress on sales goals and ensure accountability
- Support sales with RFPs, proposals, and other documentation as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a consulting or services-based sales environment
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) or SQL for deeper reporting insights
- Basic understanding of demand generation and marketing operations
