Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Support revenue operations by streamlining and optimizing sales and marketing processes
- Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics, pipeline health, and performance insights
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align processes and improve revenue efficiency
- Assist in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven strategy execution
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
- Optimize lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and tracking
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with revenue policies and sales processes
- Support pricing, discounting strategies, and deal structuring to maximize revenue
- Work closely with finance and leadership teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company is a plus
