Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Support revenue operations by streamlining and optimizing sales and marketing processes
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics, pipeline health, and performance insights
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align processes and improve revenue efficiency
  • Assist in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven strategy execution
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Optimize lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and tracking
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with revenue policies and sales processes
  • Support pricing, discounting strategies, and deal structuring to maximize revenue
  • Work closely with finance and leadership teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company is a plus
