Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience in risk analysis, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to present complex data in a clear manner
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Analyse credit risk data and perform detailed assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our lending processes
- Assist in developing risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and prepare reports on risk exposure and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine risk models and forecasting techniques
- Prepare clear and comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
