Join Demandbase as a Regional Vice President (RVP), Enterprise Sales β New Business to lead the East Coast new logo acquisition team. Requirements
- 5β10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, with a focus on net new customer acquisition
- Demonstrated success building and leading new business or greenfield sales teams in a SaaS environment
- Strong command of outbound pipeline development strategies and execution
- Expertise in navigating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Experience coaching and scaling Account Executives to consistently exceed quota
- Data-driven and fluent in forecasting, sales metrics, and territory planning
- High energy, agile, and motivated by building from the ground up in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring net new logos
- Create and execute territory strategies to maximize pipeline coverage and penetration into greenfield enterprise accounts
- Partner with marketing and SDRs to drive outbound motions and top-of-funnel growth
- Coach the team on multi-threading, complex deal cycles, and consultative value-based selling
- Cultivate strong executive relationships with new prospects and elevate our brand within the enterprise space
- Report on new business pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and key performance metrics
- Enforce a repeatable sales process tailored to new business acquisition, from discovery to close
- Drive a culture of experimentation, learning, and hustle, with a bias for action and outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in selling to or leading within relevant domains such as MarTech, RevTech, Data/AI, or CDP platforms
