Summary

The RVP of Enterprise Sales will lead a high-performing sales team at Limble CMMS, driving enterprise sales growth and expanding the customer base. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, engaging with customers, and collaborating with other teams. The position requires 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the enterprise sales team
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top sales talent
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise segment
• Act as a senior point of contact for enterprise customers
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
• Oversee complex sales negotiations and ensure successful deal closures
