Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, arranging appointments, meetings, and calls to optimize daily productivity
  • Handle all communications, including emails and calls, and serve as the point of contact between the Executive Assistant and other parties to ensure seamless information exchange
  • Attend meetings, record detailed minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure commitments are met
  • Manage personal and professional tasks such as travel planning, gift purchasing, and event organization, ensuring attention to detail and efficient task completion
  • Proactively manage and refine the CEO's daily schedule to prevent conflicts and maximize time efficiency
  • Support project initiatives by coordinating resources, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining essential documentation to align with organizational goals
