Summary

Join WhatConverts as an Enablement Specialist and be the welcoming face of our software. As a dynamic SaaS company, we offer a comprehensive lead tracking solution for marketers. In this role, you'll ensure new customers move smoothly through onboarding/implementation, train them on the product efficiently, and support the Sales department by upselling and hosting discovery calls or demos.

Requirements

  • Must be located in EST time zone to qualify
  • 2+ years of experience in a combination of corporate onboarding and technical support roles, previous SaaS experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, or similar web analytics experience
  • Must have prior hands-on experience working within a CRM
  • A willingness to learn new things as our company grows

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact after a new customer enrolls in product trial; answering any immediate questions and establishing positive customer relationships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and platform expert who helps new users navigate through WhatConverts; hosting onboarding calls and support sessions as necessary
  • Conduct onboarding calls with new customers that are engaging, purposeful, and effective
  • Perform product demonstrations for customers who enroll in a product trial period organically
  • Conduct analytical review of usage for customers in trial; ensuring their accounts are healthy and the customer is gaining max benefit from the WhatConverts product before making financial commitment
  • Work closely with both Support Team and Sales Team; including providing assistance in responding to incoming support requests and/or sales inquiries
