Requirements

  • Proven experience in event and/or festival industry, as event organizer or Marketing Manager
  • Strong affinity and some experience with sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively demo software solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals
  • Fluency in Flemish and English (business English B1)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential customers, and work to build a sales pipeline from the initial demo stage to final onboarding
  • Negotiate and close contracts, using tools such as Pandadoc to streamline the process
  • Work with customers to ensure a smooth handover to the customer success team, and log all relevant information in Hubspot
  • Check in with customers regularly, and lead contract renewal negotiations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of ticketing industry is a plus
