Summary
Join Jibble Group, a fast-growing workforce management company, as a Sales Account Executive (SAE). You will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying and setting meetings with decision-makers, contributing to sales strategy, and improving closing rates. This position requires 1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. The ideal candidate is self-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented, with experience in cold calling. Immediate availability is a plus. Requirements
- Be a motivated and self-driven sales person with a startup-hustle mentality
- Have 1 - 3 years experience in as a B2B SaaS
- Be self-driven, analytical, structured and have high attention to details
- Have great communication skills and enjoy talking to clients via the phone
- Have a proven track record of achievement, exceeding sales quotas or equivalent
- Have experience with cold calling
- Be fluent in English and Chinese
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new opportunities in key regions and verticals
- Gather necessary lead information for prospecting (email, phone etc.)
- Create and run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails and calls) to book meetings with relevant decision makers
- Educate prospects on Jibbleβs benefits
- Work closely with the account executive team to improve closing rates and overall sales process
