Summary

You will be responsible for selling SaaS software solutions to diverse clients, managing the sales cycle, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, and a proven track record of success. Experience selling to non-profit organizations is a plus. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to own the entire sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Ability to articulate our value proposition including our focus on virtues to customers
  • Results driven with a strong sense of accountability

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media
  • Conduct Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our software solutions
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding team
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and enhance the customer experience
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions
  • Activity Tracking and Reporting: Entry of all sales related activities including customer engagement, account plans and forecasts in our CRM system

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to non-profit, faith-based or social movement orgs a plus

Benefits

  • High Commission + Equity until Break-Even, transitioning to Base Salary
