This remote, flexible part-time to full-time position offers high commission plus equity until break-even, transitioning to a base salary. You will sell SaaS software solutions to diverse clients, including commercial, faith-based, and social movement organizations. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, building client relationships, managing the sales cycle, achieving sales targets, collaborating with teams, and staying informed on industry trends. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and strong communication skills. Equity is part of the compensation model.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree or relevant experience required
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to own the entire sales cycle from prospect to close
- Ability to articulate our value proposition including our focus on virtues to customers

Responsibilities
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our software solutions
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding team
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and enhance the customer experience
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions
- Activity Tracking and Reporting: Entry of all sales related activities including customer engagement, account plans and forecasts in our CRM system
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to non-profit, faith-based or social movement orgs a plus
