Summary

STRALYNN is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth and expand business opportunities within the IT consulting sector. The role requires pre-sales responsibilities such as proposal writing, lead generation, and meeting sales activity requirements. Candidates should have 7-10 years of sales experience, including 5 years in IT services, and a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration. Only US-based candidates are eligible to apply.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of sales experience, including 5 years of experience selling IT services
  • Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
  • Does not need Visa sponsorship. Only US-based candidates to apply

Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales responsibilities such as proposal writing, calls, leads generation, estimation, staff-aug support, resource assessment, cross-sell, up-sell, service offerings design, presentation preparation, collaterals preparation
  • Meet or exceed sales activity requirement and revenue goals consistently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
  • Prior experience working for Private equity portfolio clients is highly preferred
  • Someone willing to reach out to clients' multiple times and not be afraid of rejections
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and propose strategic solutions
  • Someone with Resilience, persistence and enthusiasm
  • Someone who collaborates well with others and is committed to exceeding expectations
  • Strong work ethics and Organizational skills
