Sales Account Executive

Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as an Account Representative! This contract/consultant position is based in LATAM and requires 100% fluency in English. You will cultivate relationships with ISOs and mortgage brokers to generate borrower referrals, pursue leads, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain accurate sales records. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a residential mortgage broker, strong sales skills, and excellent communication abilities. WBL offers a base salary plus commissions and 20 PTO days.

Requirements

• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills - C1 or higher
• At least 5 years of recent experience as a Residential Mortgage Broker
• Direct Customer/Broker interaction experience through phone calls and virtual meetings
• Must be familiar with Non-QM mortgage products
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive approach, strong work ethic, Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong sales skills and client relationship management

Responsibilities

• Initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources
• Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone, text and email
• Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or education in the U.S
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
