Requirements
- Be an enthusiastic go-getter, excited about making impactful connections and driven by hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Efficiently handle priorities, consistently focusing on daily tasks that steadily build towards achieving larger sales goals
- Be highly motivated, self-reliant, and have completed a 4-year college degree and a minimum of 3 years in a direct sales position exceeding sales targets
- Be experienced with CRM platforms, seamlessly guiding prospects through the sales funnel and identifying opportunities for bulk or upsell deals
- Communicate clearly, capturing attention with written correspondence, and be skilled at actively listening to clients' needs and addressing their concerns
- Have a proven ability in closing sales, having successfully met or exceeded sales quotas in past roles
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between curiosity and creation, inspiring potential customers by discovering and addressing their project aspirations to guide them toward the most suitable Glowforge model
- Contribute to strategic sales initiatives, ensuring high engagement and serving as a reassuring voice to prospective customers as they explore our cutting-edge designs
- Manage prospects in our CRM system, craft persuasive sales messages, respond to inbound inquiries, and adeptly navigate sales uncertainties through informed, empathetic dialogue
Preferred Qualifications
- Have prior experience in selling physical hardware products
- Be skilled in design software like Illustrator, Photoshop, Inkscape, or CAD programs
- Have experience working in a startup or a rapidly growing technology company
- Harbor a passion for making things, whether it's through knitting, woodworking, 3D printing, or another form of craftsmanship
- Have used HubSpot CRM in past roles and can leverage its functionalities to enhance customer interactions
