Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the robotics or industrial automation industry
- Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and their applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned existing accounts, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing timely support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand and can maximize the use of our technology
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts, contributing to revenue growth
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics, ensuring that customer expectations are met
- Address any issues or challenges that arise, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them effectively
- Attend industry events and trade shows to stay informed about industry trends and promote our products and services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in providing technical support or product demonstrations within the industrial automation sector
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Understanding of robotic systems and their applications in industrial settings
