Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences cloud company, as a Sales Director, Quality, based in Bengaluru or Ahmadabad, India. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Indian Pharma, CDMO, and CRO markets by leveraging your expertise in Quality and Manufacturing software and consulting services. This remote position requires 7+ years of relevant experience, including a strong track record in life sciences sales and consulting, particularly in the Quality domain. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including heads of Quality, Manufacturing, IT, Digital, Finance, and Procurement. Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience
  • 5+ years in the life sciences industry selling Quality and Manufacturing software and consulting services
  • 4+ years working in a leading global or domestic life science informatics product or consulting company sales and key account management roles
  • 2+ years of SaaS andΒ  Cloud software sales and consulting experience in Life Sciences is highly advantageous
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at the level of head of Quality, Manufacturing, IT, Digital, Finance, and Procurement
  • Have had successful selling and business dev experience in the same territory
  • Adequate knowledge of Cloud and SaaS applications, Life Sciences SME, and Digital Transformation concepts
  • Based in the right territory - Β  Bengaluru and Ahamadabad. Familiarity with regional languages is an added advantage besides English and Hindi proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Viewed by customers as an expert in applying software, data, and consulting to strategic business priorities
  • Create and grow overall revenue in multiple ENTs and SMBs across Indian Pharma, CDMO, and CRO accounts, with Quality as the area of focus
  • Create and maintain trusted, substance-rich C-level relationships
  • Predictability of the full sales cycle and be able to control the nuances involved
  • Lead and coordinate all Veeva resources associated with the account
  • Deliver analytics and benchmarking around progress, maturity, and value
  • Execute the go-to-market activity such as Events, Webinars, Round tables, etc. in assigned territories and accounts
