Sales Administrator

Summary

This full-time, fully remote position supports the VP of Sales with diverse tasks, including proactive client outreach, order processing, marketing campaign execution, and CRM management. You will manage smaller accounts independently and pass promising leads to the VP of Sales. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of sales experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce. Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Sales, Sales Admin or Business Development role
• Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
• Strong English writing skills
• Comfortable working with CRM tools like Salesforce
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Responsibilities

• Assist the VP of Sales on various tasks
• Process orders via email and update product listings
• Run weekly marketing campaigns using Constant Contact
• Update product details on the Novelty Sunglasses website and Faire.com
• Manage CRM Salesforce and handle inquiries
• Assist with trade show admin, from ordering supplies to arranging shipments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Medium-level Excel skills
