Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in sales operations, proposal development, or contract support
- Basic knowledge of federal and commercial procurement/contract processes
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organization and time management
- High attention to detail and document consistency
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based platforms
- Quick learner with a service-oriented, problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and delivery of client-facing proposals and SOWs
- Maintain and update CRM records for opportunities, clients, and contracts
- Lead the internal and external review, formatting, and version control of contracts
- Track deadlines, manage proposal pipelines, and support compliance with RSIβs standard contracting practices
- Provide ongoing administrative and documentation support to the sales and leadership teams
- Assist marketing with content formatting, presentations, newsletters, and internal/external communications
- Proofread and edit sales and proposal materials created by team members
