Summary
Join Twilio as a Senior Data Analyst, Sales Compensation! As a trusted advisor, you will provide insights into sales performance, policies, and targets. You will develop a deep understanding of sales incentive plans and build strong partnerships with the sales team. You will ensure accurate employee data and targets are provided to stakeholders. This role is crucial in providing tailored support and motivating sales teams. You will develop relationships with business partners, possess intimate knowledge of sales incentive programs, and support sales compensation dashboards. You will also analyze sales performance and create executive presentations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Compensation in Software / Technology industry
- 1+ years of Sales Compensation results visualization (Tableau is a +)
- Process oriented: capable of developing high level analysis of data integrity issues
- Intimate understanding of sales incentive programs
- Excellence in structuring complex problems, developing solutions, and crafting recommendations concisely and effectively
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with your business partners and be the first point of contact to address Compensation questions and concerns from the Sales Organization
- Possess an intimate understanding of our sales incentive programs, systems, and policies
- Support Sales Compensation dashboards for internal and external stakeholders to provide visibility
- Articulate complex calculations or concepts into easily digestible explanations, provide incentive statement and reporting enablement, and resolve escalations
- Manage quotas, employee, and hierarchy data from cross-functional teams to ensure precise Xactly set up and accurate compensation payments
- Analyze sales performance results and key compensation metrics by crafting executive presentations for company leadership and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Xactly or other Sales Incentive management programs
- Excellent project and program management skills
- Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex data models
- Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
