Summary
Join Concentric, a global risk consultancy, as a Sales Coordinator in Mexico City! This 1099 contract position (up to 40 hours/week), lasting until the end of 2025 with potential extension, offers remote work within Mexico. Support the Growth Team by conducting business development research, managing CRM data, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative support. You will manage sales leads, track business development initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of projects. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 3+ years prior Administrative, Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and/or Business Development experience
- Previous experience with confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency with CRM Systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Must complete a background investigation
Responsibilities
- Conduct business development research and produce reports regarding business intelligence for sales projects, campaigns, customer targeting, competitor benchmarking, and business development trips and events
- Assist with CRM data cleanup, reporting & training support
- Coordinate and track details related to business development activities, such as tickets to sporting events, trade conferences, and business development meals/events/happy hours
- Manage employee conference attendance related to sales opportunities, and aggregate related business intelligence
- Coordinate action items, follow-ups, and scheduling related to internal sales meetings
- Manage incoming sales leads by gathering background on the lead, updating in CRM, and passing to the appropriate teammate
- Overall administrative support for the Growth Team
- Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities throughout the day
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years prior Administrative, Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and/or Business Development experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and Google Suite
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Experience analyzing data for business insights
- Experience coordinating or supporting corporate events
