Join Flying Bisons, a leading Digital Consulting & Delivery company in Warsaw, as a rising star to help fine-tune their revenue engine. You will work closely with the CEO, Ops Director, and Growth Team to manage leads, deals, and dashboards. Responsibilities include shepherding inbound leads, coordinating proposals, maintaining CRM hygiene, monitoring the sales funnel, automating tasks, building dashboards, and keeping collateral organized. The ideal candidate possesses CRM literacy, data curiosity, understands the IT consulting sector, has a process-oriented mindset, and is digitally fluent. Polish and English fluency (C1) is required. Requirements

  • CRM literacy – you have hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive , or similar, gained through professional work
  • Experience from university projects, internships, or personal initiatives is also valued
  • Data curiosity – spreadsheets don’t scare you; pivot tables feel like puzzle pieces
  • IT consulting and professional services sector – you enjoy and understand this area and are aware of how this market operates
  • Process mindset – you ask “how can this run smoother?” by default
  • Digital fluency – no-code automations, AI helpers, keyboard shortcuts are your natural habitat
  • Languages – Polish C1 and English C1 (written & spoken) for clear, concise communication
  • Organised & proactive – you plan, prioritise and follow-up without being asked twice

Responsibilities

  • Shepherd inbound leads – respond fast, ask smart questions, log crystal-clear notes in the CRM
  • Coordinate proposals – chase inputs, lock deadlines, package decks & PDFs to wow prospects
  • Own our CRM hygiene – update records, build basic workflows and keep the pipeline truthful
  • Watch the funnel like a hawk – flag bottlenecks, track cycle-time, prep weekly snapshots
  • Automate the boring stuff – use AI, no-code tools, native integrations or simple scripts to save clicks
  • Build bite-size dashboards – turn numbers into stories for Sales, Marketing and Finance
  • Keep collateral tidy & on-brand – from one-pagers to case studies
  • Spot smarter ways to work – suggest new tools, shortcuts and best practices
