Sales Coordinator

Summary

Join Lightspeed as a Sales Coordinator and support the operations of our Sales team in Manila while working from home. You will build a solid understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile, generate high-quality leads, handle a high volume of work accurately, and communicate effectively across various platforms. This role requires experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management and organizational skills, and strong communication skills. Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in an admin or customer service role
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills—you know how to keep things clear and professional

Responsibilities

• Qualify potential customers and leads for our global field sales and sales development teams
• Help grow our Total Addressable Market (TAM) by researching and adding detailed business and contact info
• Create targeted prospect lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile
• Clean up and update contact and business data in our CRM
• Become a go-to expert for CRM usage and help maintain clean, reliable data
• Pull together and visualise data to create meaningful reports that support key business decisions
• Lend a hand to the Leadership team with occasional admin support when needed
