Join DEPT®'s MarTech team as a Sales Operations Manager in a hybrid role based in Rotterdam or Amsterdam. You will be a key link between sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring smooth sales processes and client onboarding. Requirements

- Proactiveness, assertiveness and confidence to connect with many stakeholders across departments
- Someone that develops a plan B if plan A doesn’t work
- Have a creative mindset to continuously improve our/your way of working
- Are available to work from Amsterdam or Rotterdam when you're at the office, but with the possibility to (partially) work remotely
- Have completed university degree
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Assist the MarTech sales team in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the sales process
- Manage and maintain Salesforce to track leads, update the sales pipeline, and monitor deal progress
- Support contract processes and documentation, ensuring smooth client onboarding
- You will know all the ins and outs of our contracts and commercial options, helping business developers to workout custom deals for our clients
- Help translate client needs into tailored MarTech solutions, combining analytical thinking with product knowledge
- You will play a central role in the MarTech team, connecting with sales, operations, legal and finance in order to ensure new deals are signed accurately and clients get onboarded effectively
- You will apply your creativity to support our marketing team
