• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency with Android based mobile devices
• Knowledge of reports in HCHB
• Travel per business need

Responsibilities

• Serve as an important liaison between the Area Sales Manager, Account Manager, referral source and patient
• Encompass administrative marketing coordination duties
• Provide care coordination assistance to the assigned market sales team
• Timely initiation and completion of referral documents that are needed to create a complete referral

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong customer service skills
