Requirements

  • Two (2) to six (6) years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Strong sense of urgency & responsiveness to tasks, initiatives, and requests
  • Experience working within the consulting industry
  • 1+ years of user experience in Salesforce
  • Strong written, oral, and aural communication skills
  • Passion for learning and self-awareness around areas for growth
  • Ability to receive and apply constructive criticism and to manage conflict in a professionally mature manner
  • Self-motivation and ability to overcome hurdles with reasonable guidance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce applications
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support
  • Managing complex calendars
  • Coordinating executive meetings
  • Handling confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Streamlining day-to-day operations
  • Anticipating the CEO's needs
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization
  • Providing high-level administrative assistance
  • Serving as a central point of communication between the CEO and other departments
  • Supporting outreach to high-level executives at prospective media clients
  • Assisting with the creation of budgetary estimates and proposals
  • Restructuring and cleansing CRM database
  • Supporting contact for key clients, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring client communication is organized and timely
  • Researching and identifying potential leads or prospects within the target market
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives as needed
