Junior Sales Support Coordinators

Summary

The job is an entry-level position in Euronet's Merchant Services Sales Enablement Team in Greece. The role involves supporting merchant onboarding, customer support, assisting the sales team, communicating with international offices, handling data processing, and more.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field
• Up to two (2) years of experience in sales support/back office/administrative roles ideally in financial services and/or banking
• Sales, commercial, administrative, customer-oriented attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.), with aptitude to learn new systems
• Good understanding of the sales process
• Fluent in English (oral, written)
• Must have legal right to work in the European Union, without the need of any visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new merchants, interacting with Operations, Credit and Risk, Compliance
• Provide customer support to the merchants and fielding the customers’ queries
• Support and assist the sales team with contracts preparation, and any other site queries and related paperwork
• Communicate with international offices, partners, and assistants, as well as with third parties and co-divisions
• Handle data processing, reporting, and invoicing
• Support with ad hoc projects when needed
