Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR/BDR with demonstrated success in generating pipeline through outbound sales efforts
- Experience creating, executing, and iterating on outbound sales sequences and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product Marketing teams
- Expertise with modern prospecting tools (Koola, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, impactful messaging that resonates with prospects
- Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally with sales and marketing leadership, product teams, and individual contributors
- Passion for coaching, training, and enabling others to achieve outstanding results
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive enablement programs focused on inbound and outbound prospecting strategies, qualification methodologies, and pipeline generation best practices
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams to create impactful, compelling outbound sequences and messaging aligned with Vercelโs value propositions
- Partner cross-functionally to curate, document, and amplify customer success stories and use cases that resonate strongly with target audiences
- Develop, deliver, and continuously refine training on Vercelโs core messaging, positioning, and initial sales pitch to ensure SDRs confidently represent our solutions
- Optimize usage of go-to-market tools and sales engagement platforms to enhance prospecting effectiveness, monitor results, and continuously drive improvements in pipeline generation
- Serve as a subject matter expert, proactively identifying gaps and areas for improvement, then addressing them with targeted enablement initiatives and coaching
Preferred Qualifications
- Have sold modern web development or infrastructure products to enterprise customers
- Have experience working with Next.js, Vercel, or similar developer-centric platforms
- Have a background in sales enablement, coaching, or instructional design
- Have knowledge of value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
- Have worked in hypergrowth SaaS environments with high-velocity GTM teams
