Join RxVantage as a Sales Development Manager and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in exceeding performance objectives. You will own SDR team productivity, provide leadership and training, and develop SDRs into future Account Executives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years managing an SDR team, and proven success in exceeding quotas. Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with a SaaS offering or selling to medical practices
- Experience managing a remote team or strong demonstration of building team culture
- 2+ years in a leadership role managing a Sales Development team
- Successful track record achieving and exceeding individual and team quotas
- Experience in a heavily outbound sales model, not just handling inbound leads
- Adept at adopting and rolling out new sales enablement technologies, proficiency with Salesforce.com and Outreach.io (or similar) is a must
- Proven ability to monitor and report on activity in Salesforce.com with rigor, discipline, and an eye for opportunity
- Independent go-getter and resourceful โ You go over, under, around, and through obstacles to achieve success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results
Responsibilities
- Own SDR team productivity and performance metrics
- Provide leadership, development, and training to the Sales Development Team
- Develop our SDRs into future Account Executives by teaching them the balance of personalization, relevance, and volume to book meetings for the team
- Guide their weekly activities based on key historical KPIs and conducting 1:1s to develop the SDRs professionally and personally
- Provide day-to-day support for the SDR team, troubleshooting issues, removing obstacles, and identifying learning opportunities
- Help perfect their pitch through call coaching and mock pitching
- Coach and mentor SDRs to achieve and exceed quota
- Teach creative and strategic outreach to secure demos with decision-makers in medical practices
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
- Work closely with the marketing and Account Executive teams to ensure a positive working relationship and maximize the effectiveness of the Sales Development team
- Drive the team to keep Salesforce and Outreach fully populated and up-to-date
- Work with Sales Leadership and Marketing to systematically improve the lead qualification processes to maximize team efficiency, effectiveness, and lead quality
- Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement of everyone's role
- Measure KPIs to make informed data-driven decisions to drive process improvement
