Summary

Join Yubico as the Manager, Sales Development and lead the Americas team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching employees to improve their selling skills and build sales pipelines. This role involves developing playbooks and processes for outbound pipeline generation, collaborating with VP's of Sales and channel partners, and managing the team's performance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in software sales, and 2+ years of sales leadership experience. Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years software sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • First-level management experience
  • Ability to hire, develop and retain top talent
  • Proficiency with SFDC (CRM System) & Outreach.io
  • Ability to manage up and down the organization
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, including software and services
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the industry and relevant marketplace; can speak with authority on industry trends, competitive practice, issues, etc

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end employee management including hiring, onboarding, development and performance management
  • Understand and support team in all aspects of outbound prospecting, discovery, overcoming objections, communicating effectively, relationship building and consultative selling
  • Process/Goal Attainment
  • Define and implement effective & consistent engagement processes between BDR and Account Executives
  • Design outbound prospecting playbook
  • Leadership/Relationships
  • Establish relationships with key personnel in Marketing & Support
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry and the market
  • Lead the creation and implementation of sales campaigns tied to Yubico solutions that drive incremental pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise software, SaaS, IAM, cyber-security experience
